hi, some did get back to me but wanted more details - car is 1986 3-speed automatic Toyota tarago - 4YE GL MODEL - car after 10 minutes warming up or driving stalls. car starts once again after stalling. i have had car checked by my mechanic. - fuel pump replaced & presure checked - all o.k. - checked distributor & coil - all o.k - engine check light only comes on when car is stalled !! some type of codes were out & got reset . all electrical opponents checked with tester . all fluid levels o.k. { water , transmission & oil } temperature sensor o.k . also while driving the other day had fuel { unleaded } half full when orange fuel light & battery light came on together . still mystified about these problems of my car - do i have to break down totally to rectify my car problems - what else could it be ? could it be the thermostat sticking / not reading the correct temperature of car ? temperature gauge reading normal when idling/moving ************
