I went to install my new stereo it was draining my battery pulled out the stereo found out I have yellow wire going to my rear speakers and when it was hooked up the display didn't come on

most radios have 2 pos wires, one constant 12V for radio memory and switched power for turning on and off, do you have a wiring schematic?
