1986 Plymouth Horizon Turn Signals stopped working

My turn signals stopped working. I suspect a fuse, but I can't find any good fuse box diagrams. The signal doesn't show up on the dash and none of the front or rear lights go off. Also, the turn lever no longer locks when turning right.

Ok thank you. The relay is disturbingly missing. Can I use the hazard relay as a crutch for a day or am I going to start a fire?

ya it may or may not work as the hookups may be different with the flasher gone is probably why your t/s dont' work.
