whats wrong with my truck ive had 3 days???

i have a 1986 dodge d150 with a 318 2 barrel holley carb, i have had the truck for 4 days, the first day and a half it ran fine, then it began basically falling on its face so to speak when i try to accelerate, i have checked all the vaccume lines, sprayed it with carb cleaner, and ran seafoam threw the vaccume lines and the tank, it still didnt fix it, and it seems to be getting worse, could it be the carb, or something else?
