car runs great, after it warms up it quits, after it cools down it will start , only after it sets over night, it's as if something is heating up and I don't have a clue or where to start, when it stall's I still have light's and radio ,I've replaced the coil, fuel filter, engine control module ,

If you're going to throw random parts at it, replace the pickup coil in the distributor. That is the only thing that commonly fails by becoming heat-sensitive. You'll never solve a stalling problem on a Chrysler product by replacing the fuel filter. Sometimes the pickup screen in the gas tank will collapse or become plugged but the symptoms will be different.
