Where is my horn relay and switch.

The horn switch will be in the steering wheel. The circuit doesn't use a relay. https://www.2carpros.com/images/external/41900922.gif

Thank you very much for resonding back to me. The diagram doesn't show a horn relay so I guess my Haz/horn fuse should be hot at all time supplying 12v to the white wire going to the horn and turn/haz switch and it's not. Niether work. I'll check for a break in the wire at the split connection and the wire itself and let you know of my finding.

I don't know that fuse is hot all the time. It may be "key on" only. Use a test light at both ends of the fuse to determine if you are getting power through the fuse. The only connector I see is after the hazard switch splice so if the hazard has no power, the problem should be isolated to the fuse area.

I thought that my horn wasn't getting power but it is. I found the horn gound wire at the turn signal combination switch and grounded it and the horn worked but when I press the steering wheel pad it doesn't. I checked the steering wheel pad wire connection and it looked okay. If it that horn switch I can't find one anywhere. I never seen one before. Is the horn switch under the turn signal combination switch. What do you think?

I can't tell you exactly where the switch is but it should be obvious when looking at it. If grounding the horn makes it work, then everything in the circuit is working except the switch. The switch applies ground when activated. You may have to pull the steering wheel cover off to see if it works through the contact ring. You should be able to see the switch or at least the wires going to it at that point.

I finally got my horn to work. I took off the steering wheel and couldn't find any switch or wires so I clean the contact that the wire from the pad goes to that was behind the steering wheel that had a metal stem coming from it. It appears that a 1/2'' long rod was pertruding from the combination switch that the round contact rested on. I clean it also.
