1986 Chevy Corsica - Will shift down and pick up power when it bogs down to 40 mph. Any ideas? Going up hill it will kick into lower gear when speed is reduced to 40 mph and will shift down and pick up power when it bogs down to 40 mph. Replace spark plugs and wires and coil packs. Any ideas?
