its making a bad sqeaking noise when running and i have put a new belt on it and it didnt stop and the fan isnt spinning fats enough to keep engine cool whats wrong

the fan clutch may be the issue for spinning but the noise may be a bad bearing on the idler, tensioner or another driven piece. Take the belt back off and spin every pulley by hand to see it you can locate the noisy part

what about a bad pulley cause the belt that goes around the water pump around the big bottom pulley and the power steering pump keep breaking whats that issue
