The injector cooling fan motor will not turn off and it drained my battery dead

The second issue is When I start my car in the morning and its warmed up -put indrive it hesitate while moving forward -later it goes away. can you help me with this issue too ?

Cooling fan motor relay needs replacing, also who is the tune up, please get back to me.
