DOES THE BLOWER WORK?

WHEN YOU ARE AT OPERATING TEMPERATURE

FEEL OF THE 2 HOSES ENTERING THE FIREWALL BAREHANDED---NEAR THE BATTERY

ARE THEY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO HOLD ONTO FOR A PERIOD OF TIME?

I GOTCHA ALL THE WAY THRU THIS AND ANY OTHER CJ ISSUE YOU CAN THROW AT ME!

ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND KEEP SLINGIN' 'EM OUT

BLOWER MESSED UP AND YOU DON'T WANNA PULL THE DASH AND THE HEATER?

.....NEWS UPDATE: YOUR NEW IMPROVED BLOWER MOTOR WILL HAVE A LARGER DIAMETER MOTOR THAN THE ORIGINAL.....YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE THE FIREWALL HOLE LARGER ANYWAY TO ACCOMMODATE IT.....WHY NOT CUT A BIGGER HOLE AND A ACCESS PANEL FOR LATER....NO NEED TO DO IT THE HARD WAY AGAIN??

I'VE GOT THE MEASUREMENTS YOU NEED TO GET TO IT THRU THE FIREWALL.......ALSO HOW TO GET TO THE HEATER CORE (IT'S A BIT MORE INVOLVED).......I CAN ACCESS BOTH NOW, BY ONLY PULLING OUT THE BATTERY TRAY AND REMOVING MY ACCESS COVERS (SINCE 1981 AND HAVING SIX CJ 5s AND A '46 WILLYS. I FOUND A BETTER WAY, WITHOUT TEARING INTO THE DASH ANYMORE)

I'VE GOT SOME TIPS ON HOW TO USE YOUR HEATER MORE EFFECTIVELY.......AND HELP YOU WITH NEARLY ANY OTHER CJ ISSUE YOU HAVE....I HAVE MANY PICS
