i have a 1985 dodge truck with a 318 and i would like to know what is the biggest camshaft i can put in it with having to change the stock rocker arms?"

if you are looking for performance a 318 isn't really a great motor due to size, just put a RV cam grind in it to give you a little better pickkup and still have good driveability as well as fuel mileage.
