can I bring this engine back to life

i bought a 1973 sbc 350 and believe it is siezed.the engine has been dry for alitte and .im gonna use marvel magic oil but i didnt know should i put oil in the engine then pour the marvel magic oil with it or do i just pour the marvel magic oil in the cyl i used pb blaster and didnt work so i thought id give this a shot

LOOK INTO THE CYLINDERS FROM THE BOTTOM SIDE (THE ONES THAT THE PISTONS ARE "UP")

IF THOSE PUPPIES ARE REALLY RUSTY, YOU MIGHT BE DOING A REBUILD
