1985 Chevrolet Custom Deluxe calipers

On my passenger side in the front my brakes and calipers are rubbing so bad that my rim is black with brake dust. What and how much should this cost? I just had them replaced but the passenger side is awful
. The driver side is just fine.

The system needs to be inspected to determine the actual cause. It could be frozen caliper pistons, frozen slides, internally ruptured flex hoses and the problem may actually be on the other side of the car.
