I have a 1985 chevy celebrity and both the outside and inside handles broke on me.yes it is shut!is there an easy way to get it open?how do I get it open?i also have a squeaking noise when I start it up in the morning and after I rev it a few times or it gets warm the squeaking noise goes away.why is that?and I have to manually blink my blinkers too.why is that?

Easiest way is to use something to pull the bar that releases the locking mechanism. By pulling of the door panel off its pretty simple to replace them.

As far the the squeaking noise goes, it sounds like your belt tensioner is going out. It also could be your belt or a pulley but most of they time its the tensioner. I added a picture, not sure what size engine you have but they are all the same. If you need instructions on any of this let me know..
