The M20 motor did not have a valve for positive crankcase ventilation

Since the M20 doesnt have a PCV then how is the crankcase vented?

There is a hose from the valve cover to the intake boot. Realoem.com has an exploded view if you care to see it, put in this part #11151278804 and Viola!
