i broke the timing chain guide

I have a 1985 bmw 318i e30 im in the process of replacing cylinder heads. i had a error and i broke the timing chain guide . i have removed all the bolts for the casing and it seems to not want to come off.

ive removed all the nuts holding the housing for the timing chain and it wont come off. ive also removed the pully unit because it was blocking it but still it wont come off. ive also removed the water pump and still it wont budge its as if there is one nut i missed but further inspection ive removed all of them i need some info please
