When ever I slow down to stop at a stop sign my car dies, sometimes it even does it when i'm shifting. I have no idea what else to look at. I've replaced my coil, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, oil, filter, and fuses.

Is it ONLY when the clutch is depressed or will it stall when sitting in neutral with the clutch out and foot off the throttle?

Those are indications of a bad throw out bearing. It needs to be checked by a reputable trans shop.

no idea. It needs to be inspected to determine extent of damage. I csan tell you that the transmission has to be removed to access it.

No, I don't recommend you start messing with adjustments, nor do i suggest you pull a transmission. I suggested you let have a trans specialist look at it. I have seen many frozen throw out bearings pull an engine down when applied but I'm not saying that is definitely your problem. It merely needs to be looked at by a professional and don't start messing with any adjustments before that.
