gas pedal

find your throttle butterly assembly under the hood. the gas pedal cable goes to it. there should be a return spring. see if it fell off/broke.

or your cable itself broke/disconnected. i think thats what usually happens. been a long time since i worked on 1 of these. owned a few also.
