I'm trying to customize my 84 hilux 2x4 and would like some professional advise for fitting new disc brakes and new running gear before I fit the new engine it's a 1y at the moment and will be fitti g a 4y for a bit more power, am also wondering how I go about getting an engineering certificates for all of the work done especially if I want to put larger than standard wheels as in lower profile?? Please help
