1984 Toyota Corolla Car loose power at 3rmp

Have guys, question that giving been shitting me for a while.
My Toyota Corolla 84 1.6 with a Model AE92R, Engine 4A-FE is losing power at about 3rpm. I've JUST change oil,petrol filter and even had the injector clean.
It's loses power(as if like has petrol at 3rpm about 3.5rpm) then will runs fine. Engine is still running, it does NOT while driving BTW, it happens FROM 2 TO 3 gear.
Help???

Possible clogged convertor or carb.

A backpressure test will rule out convertor, if OK then I would rebuild carb.

Sorry about the miss up.
The car IS a 1994 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Model AE92R, Engine 4A-FE.
And yes I did get the injector clean. All 4 were clean yesterday 25/09/09. Should I still process with the steps.

The car IS a fuel injector, how do I clear the rebuild carb??
