Heater blower motor works when it wants to. I believe there is a short or loose connection in wiring. To check the dash control, do I go in from the front of dash (I don't see any screws), or from under the hood?

the dash has to be torn apart to check the contorller. actually if you don't really know what youare doing then take it to a pro who can fix this probably cheaper than what you may or may not screw up doing it. you'll save money in teh long run
