If a car was repaired and then later you find it is missing a bolt (on I believe it is the drive shaft), and the suspension on that side is busted is it an unrelated problem- or is it the fault of the original repair being done incorrectly?
Driving car it made a horrible noise as I turned the corner, I pulled over, the left front wheel was at an odd angle I removed the wheel and found that the wheel moved in an odd way. Looking at the way the drive shaft (I think that's the bit) moved scared me I looked at it and found that there was a bolt missing- the mechanics who fixed the c.v boot originally said that the suspension is broken on that side now.
Is it broken because of the missing bolt or is it unrelated?
