My car has been sitting around for the last year. This was because I was driving a better car, while the owner was in the hospital. So now I finally try to get my car going again, and it won't start. I do have a problem with some kind of power loss, the battery completely drains when the car is off. So I replaced the battery with a new one, change out all the fluids, but now the car won't start. When I turn the ignition key, The check engine/check oil lights come on, but the car won't start. It doesn't make any noise either. Could this be a problem with the starter wearing down from lack of use?
