hi i have a 1984 gmc sierra classic and it skips 2nd gear, i am wondering if the trans is on its way out or is this a solve-able problem? i have tried driving my suburban but it refuses to catch 2nd gear and goes from 1st to 3rd. is the trans stuffed or is there a solution?
