I was checking my code on my 84 cadillac seville, and a code 20 came up. what is code 20 is?

The only info I am find is as follows:

20: RAP enable circuit (circuit shorted to battery)

What RAP stands for is Retained Accessory Power. This is what allows the windows, radio... to continue working for a short period after the vehicle is turned off. From what I read, the circuit could be shorted to power which will cause the fuse to blow.

Are you having any electrical issues?

It may have just been a fluke that the code got set. Clear it and see if it comes back.
