having issues with power steering not powered, while trying to correct this power brakes quit powering and now when starting engine sounds like deisel engine. Have had car approx 6 weeks and am trying to get it roadworthy but I can't get one thing corrected when two other things cause concern. Trouble shooting / diagnosis for these problems would be helpful. Also reference websites or manuals would be appreciated. Thanx kev.
