I am working on the rear lights for a 1983 Chevrolet Impala. The lens assembly and body work have been removed and I have removed all sockets from the lens assemblies. The lamps are standard twist socket metal base (1157) but the plastic socket assembly is foreign to me. There is a light colored insert around the base and then this and the lamp sets in a socket with the wires attached. Can you provide information and drawings on the removal and replacement of all lamps in the rear tail light wiring harness? Thank you, Walter Krause.
