At the fuel pump relay, are you getting battery voltage at terminal 30?
Did you use a test light or DVOM to test the fuses?

Yes I'm getting power to the relay and out, but no power going to the fuel pump I traced the wire back up to the fuse panel and I'm not getting any power to the hot wire going to the fuel pump, I used a test light

That would mean you have a break in the wires from relay to fuel pump. You would have to check the connectors and wire for damage.

The relay also supplies power to other components and apart from the fuel pump, if a connector is loose somewhere, you would not be getting power to other components.

Have you checked for sparks?
Did you test the relay?
