vehicle will not start at proper timing setting and over advancing timing to 60-70 degrees will start. Remove valve covers and no# 1 spark plug, using a bore scope, verify tdc and see both machined lines on camshafts in correct position. Open exhaust system before cat convertor with no change. Whats next or what i miss??

used bore scope to verify proper timing mark alignment for crankshaft, compression was 125 psi, the only thing i may due is to install dial indicator to moniter intake valve opening/closing to specs on cyl no# 1 I thought it prob jumped timing at first but really cant prove it. It has a double roller chain and guides look good. Not sure after that what I missed
