what is the easiest way to remove the side door glass ,and also remove the electric window motor and replace it. can one person do this.

yes one person can do this you have to take teh door panel off and remove everything from there, if the regulator is riveted in you'll have to drill rivets out. glass will compe out window hole once regulator is out.
