1980 Dodge Ram fuel pump / intake manifold

engine will crank but will not start i can pour a little gas into the carburetor and the engine will start i check the fuel filter it is good the fuel lines are clear i disconnect the fuel line from the carburetor and crank the engine no fuel come out the line do i need to replace a fuel pump? and if i do need to replace a fuel pump how much labor cost to replace the fuel pump and a intake manifold gasket? the intake manifold gasket is leaking.
