You will have to ensure all starter electrical connections are ok and that the engine still turns over, pull the spark plugs and add some light oil mixed with diesel into each cyl and let sit a few hrs or over night, then try turning engine by hand very slowly back and forward as you may have time seized rings, if you try and crank on the starter you can snap rings if they are stuck.
