What's the question? To test the charging system, use an inexpensive digital voltmeter to measure battery voltage while the engine is running. I can walk you through setting up the meter if necessary, (after I come back from my nine hours of sleep)! You should find between 13.75 and 14.75 volts. If it is just a little low, first be sure the belt is tight, (uhm, with the engine not running). If the voltage stays around 12.0 to 12.5, you may need a new generator.
