i have replaced heater core and therostate but the heat will not come inside car onle cold air comes in but it only blows on floor . the heater controls will not change heat to cold or vise versa slector from defroster to vent
will not work onle blows on floor.

With the engine at full operating temp, locate the 2 heater hoses where they go into the firewall and feel them to see if they are both hot to the touch. If they are not both hot, see if it has a water valve and if it's operating. If no water valve, look for a cable under the dash controlling an temp blend door.
