Hi guys, I need help on how to remove the back window out of my ford xc sedan. I know I have to remove the chrome strips first but I dont know how. Please help as I need to fix a small rust hole.

they may have a small strip tha tmoves then it prys off. check with a glass company though.

If I manage to get the strip out how do I then get the window out?
And what should I use to get the strips off. Ie what tool or tools should I use?

been along time if rubber you need lwhat is called a spoon bu tit's nylion to not damage the glass otherwise if it's sealed in with urethane then you have to have the tool to cut the urethane out

I have tried to pry the trim off but it wont budge. And there are no little bits of small metsl to remove. It looks like they slide together in 4 places. 1 in both the top and bottom plus 2 on either side of the bottom. But as I said it looks like they slide into each other. This isn't my first time but I have never had to pull out the chrome trim like this before. I have tryed everything to find a way to do it without damaging the car or the trim.

check with a glas shop like I said previously it's been a very long time and I don't want togive wrong info
