power seats,door locks and rear defrogger not working

Did you check for voltage at applicable fuses. Use voltage tester. I'm not sure I can find wiring info for that model year?

Did you check for voltage at power accessory circuit breaker. Is circuit breaker hot to the touch, when you try to operate anything? If circuit breaker is hot, something is causing the breaker to trip. I don't have good enough wiring on this model year to track anything.
