1977 Ford F-250 exhaust

My truck has something wrong with the exhaust. The drivers side is a lot quieter than the passenger side. I have true duals any idea what the problem is? It is not an exhaust leak

check for a blocked exhaust on that side and check intake vacuum if 15" or lower then it's plugged.
