cf bedford braking issues

i have a cf bedford that has suddenly started jolting through the brake pedal when brakes are applied. feels like it something heavy/loose transferring through the pedal. have bled the brakes. any ideas?

Check the brake rotors/drums for run-out, most likely the rear.

Ensure the wheel lug nuts are torqued evenly and securely.

Check wheel bearings for excessive side play.
