why no fire

Hello- I have a 1976 Chevy truck that I have had since 85. It died on me and I get no fire to plugs. I have changed pick-up coil, control module. main coil and distributor cap. Rotor looks and checks good.It has 13 volts going to Dist. with key on, about 9 volts while cranking.Done continuity check on all wiring I could find and am now lost- Please Help - Thanks

Check the coil positive terminal for power, also test the primary and secondary winding resistances, distributor pick-up coil and electronic control module/ICM
