how to repair sun roof

you probably need new cables for the sun roof and theywill need replacing. unless this is an aftermarket type that only lifts.

it will open but not close cables look ok i think. i can c one end of cable it has end on it looks like shoe lase end.i checked all gears on handle and the top one all good not really shore how it works........

your cable is probably bad as i said, with the crank models they tend ot strip out on one or the other side. as your si is a 1975 we dont have any info on those anylonger.
