My MIL 1975 LTD Landau has a park break issue. On the peddle about half way up there is a switch/relay (not sure which think switch) if I push it up the break lights go on. Then I push the pedal and the break work for 2 pumps then they stop working. I push that S/R up again and the break work again. I have been trying to find out what that is. It looks similar to a break light switch but doesn't have the 2 prongs, the wires are hooked directly into the S/R. Is that the switch?
