I have a partial car, Motor and transmission are out, waiting to be installed, The car has some things, But missing some as well. Two questions, 1 - "Can I pay a mechanic to look at the car and can he, or is it not possible, to tell me everything missing and required to get it running, Estimated price on that?" and 2 - "Price to install a motor and transmission into a car without an engine and transmission already in it, empty?"
