I am trying to install my altenator and would like to see a diagram or pictures can you help?

I need a diagram to help me install my altenator.. I am having trouble lining things up and cant figure out why it is a 1973 dodge d200

Because of the year, I don't have a diagram of the alt mounted. However, there are three bolts that hold it to the mounting brackets. If you need, I can get you pictures of the alt itself. Will that help?
