I am in the middle of restoring it & kinda ran into a bunch of engine troubles along the way. I replaced the spark plugs, cap, rotor, points & condensor along with wires and most of the electrical systems. It ran like a friggin top for about a month. Now i broke a tooth off of one of my timing gears. How hard is it to get to the gears and replace them? I already have the parts and a friend willing to help but is this going to be some what easy or just a few hours of knuckle smashing labor?

Just grab a manual either here or at a parts store to set the timing right and you should be ok.
