why does my camper cut off when put in gear?

i have a 1972 dodge sportsman camper. ive replaced the carburator, plugs, wires, fuel pump, fuel filter, rotor, and distributor cap. it starts good and runs ok until u put it in gear and it cuts off and cant figure out what the problem is. can u help me?

Is the idle high enough? Are you able to keep it running if you try?

as long as it is in park or nuteral it runs good and idle is high but if put in drive hold break n give it gas it will barley run it bogs down and hard to keep running
