What causes blinkers to not blink when the engine is not running and at idle but does not stop them from blinking at higher rpms? Car has a brand new battery, alternator, and a relay located on the fire wall. At higher RPMs the blinkers will blink but at idle and when the car is not running the blinkers lights just stay on steadily.
