NEGATIVE!---We're looking a possible BLOWBY, pushing oil up the Fresh air line for the PCV System or maybe your PCV System is not operating/ installed correctly. As far as Mega Blowby, if you remove the oil fill cap, is it really a-pumpin' the smoke out? A compression test may either make you feel real good.......or maybe sorta sad (if truck is original, he ain't no Spring Chicken). If you ain't pumpin' smoke, see if the PCV is sucking air (and checking).... A full tune-up, timing and carb peaking out, using a Oil Stabilizer next change, in place of a quart of oil may help........Might be sumpin' simple!---The Medic

i dont think so. a 71 with only 153k? probably comin in from your crankcase breather. hows the engine blowby? take oil filler cap off to check.
