Low Riding Power Steering Hoses

My 69 Mustang rides very low and the power steering hoses sag and only ride about 3 inches off the ground. After a short drive the hoses have become shredded and don't hold any fluid. I have the power steering hose mount and they are also the correct size hoses for a 1969 mustang. There is no room for the hoses to be positioned anywhere else but to just have them hand downwards. I have considered buying a conversion kit but they run about $1000 and i do not have that type of money right now. I am just looking for a quick fix that can get me back on the road.
