No fire to spark plugs

I recently posted a question regarding the Neutral safety switch and whether it would be locking the ignition. I bypassed the NSS and now my car will turn over. Now I am not getting fire to my spark plugs. I have power everywhere else that I should. I have power to the points and going into the coil. I checked to make sure the coil was good and it checked out fine. Just about everything in the ignition system has been replaced (minus the coil and distributor). I am at a lose of what else it could...does anyone have any suggestions?

With key on, does negative and positive side of coil have voltage? If you use a testlite on negative side of coil, engine cranking, does the lite pulse? Coil wire--cap and rotor ok?

Engine cranking, does the rotor turn?

ARE YOU FAMILIAR WITH DOING CONTINUITY TESTS? ARE YOU FAMILIAR WITH THIS OR ANY POINT SYSTEMS? DOES A SMALL AMOUNT OF FUEL DOWN THE CARB DO ANYTHING WHILE TURNING OVER (COUGH SPIT) NOT JUST A DRY, OVER AND OVER? DOES THIS RIG HAVE A BALLAST RESISTOR? PLEASE ANSWER, I MAY CAN HELP.
