302 Engine. I recently bought a 1966 Ford Fairlane Convertible, that has the 289 badges, but is actually running a 302. Non-Electronic ignition - has points and condenser.
Stalls when warm and in gear. Runs fine in neutral or park, just stalls when the tranny is engaged at idle once the engine is warm.
